Winter Earthing... I don't know about you but I find it difficult to get excited about earthing
Earthing when it's below freezing... it's just as important in the freezing temperatures to get grounded and protect yourself from the harmful frequencies when it's cold out. Days like today when the high temperature is 0* F (real feel temp is -17 at the heat of the day)....
So how do you do it?
It's easier than you think AND you don't have to go out in the cold to accomplish it either...
My first and favorite tool for winter earthing is my Earthing Card It's easy to keep on me and in my energy field at all times... no matter where I am. It's the size of a traditional credit card tough as can be and it works for 3 years... Plus there are tons of added benefits like making your own earthing water, youthing, and so much more (stay tuned for more on how I get TONS of uses out of this simple tool.
My second tip may not be the most convenient option for most people... planting and prepping in the greenhouse. You may be able to find a greenhouse that needs some volunteers for their off season and get the grounding benefits for your time. the more time you spend with your bare hands in the dirt the better... you could also make your own... or create a grow room in your own house.
My 3rd tip... not super convenient but it does the job... get a copper rod, tap it into the ground outside of a door attach a speaker wire to the rod and bring it into the house... the other end can be attached to another rod or some metal tape on the floor by the door... while this is the most direct rout it's not the best or safest option if you have pets and small kids (they can get caught up in the cord if you're not careful about where it's laid out) standing or sitting on the grounded spot for 30 minutes a day will help but again it's not the most convenient option
